The food was nicely presented. It was hot and made to order. The Rasta pasta was oily and had little to no flavor. The rice and peas was fine, the cabbage was a bit too soft for my liking. The oxtails were ok. The man who made my order was very pleasant and friendly!

The jerk salmon is phenomenal!! Idk what he does to get jerk like that but it’s delicious and my favorite dish! This place is a must try!!! Oh yeah the collards greens all sides are good!

So, this was my very first time visiting this location. I'm familiar with the other location in West Philly. I don't like to be rushed along when I'm ordering food Also, if you have extra charges for certain items, it should be made clear when ordering it! I dislike when the food is just sitting and they want to serve you from the very top and NOT mix the food up well to distribute the heat and moisture to the dry food on top So the next time I go here and there are HUGE FLIES FLYING AROUND THE FOOD, I WILL NOT BE ORDERING!!! THAT'S VERY UNSANITARY AND CAN SPOIL THE FOOD AS SOON AS A FLY LANDS ON IT!!! I TOLD THEM TO GET SOME ZEVOS UP IN THERE!!! NOW, some of my food was good and some wasn't... I enjoyed my rasta pasta and wings. The cabbage was good (shredded small/not too crunchy or soft). I didn't like that my LARGE OX TAILS PLATTER HAD (6) OX TAILS IN IT I've had better, I've cooked them where they've fallen off the bone!! They weren't bad. They just could have been better for that much money! Oh, I ordered a side of Mac/Cheese. I definitely didn't like it. I will never order it again! So, we'll see when/if I try them again... I'll keep y'all updated! Lol

I have been meaning to stop in here. The grand opening and there after the line was around the block. Now its just normal flow. granted, the neighborhood looks a bit shakey to those who aren't from this part of town. But the food is definitely worth it. I had the jerk chicken w/ cabbage and sweet potatoes (side w extra jerk sauce). Find a parking spot and go get you a plate. Also staff is friendly. Customer service was great
